Our Hiring Methodology
We are a 24x7 operational industry, thus we request applications from only those candidates who have no limitations working during odd / emergency hours. Its a 6 days working plan. If you have a degree to supplement your candidature, its great but not mandatory. We hire based on competencies and not degrees.
